Accommodation represents unsurprisingly the main problem that international student have when they arrive in London, this is directly followded by the problem of the language which 25% of Student suffer from.

We also concluded that making friends on arriving in London is one of the problems that respondents met but it’s just a small number of students which indicated that (2 students)

In terms of less important problems that international pre-sessional students can have, coping with the food, the culture and opening a bank account are the less suffered from by the survey.

When it comes to who can help those surveys on solving their problems, over the half of them said that they go directly to their family. In fact, 20% of the students mentioned that they prefer to solve their problems by them self and a bite less than that percentage cited that they can rely on the staff of the University.

Only one student has said that he goes to his embassy to get help.

When it asked if the international pre-sessional student are aware of who can help them in case of problems (for example to find an accommodation), it was mentioned by a significant number that they solve them by their own.

When asked if it’s necessary to have a part-time job or not, the majority of the international Pre-sessional students (80%) confirmed that it is, other one don’t agree with that and said that they can ensure their life without working

In order to know the reasons that push the respondents to work, we asked them why do they need the part-time job, and for that, almost 90% of students believe that they need it principally in order to earn money and to fight their financial problems.

We also found other reasons like for example to improve their English and to get acquainted with a new peoples but it was said by only few survey.
