This lecture is showing how a team composed by two persons works on a company, unfortunately those two boys seem totally different on the way which they work, Gareth doesn’t have any real interest on what he is doing because he’s the team leader so for him to be the leader means that he can do whatever he wants while Teem is working so hard and trying to convince him to work hard.
This team can’t even communicate they use the telephone to tell a message to the other one, they often disagree with what to do and how to work, sometimes they behave as if they were on a place for entertainment.
In fact, on this company, there is no the sense of the dealing, they are working as if they were on a competition specially Gareth and also they spend their time on laughing at each other instead on working, they hardly talk about the work but they are always behaving as children.
